It was my intention right from the beginning that I wanted my images to be available as reproductions, similar to the way music is available. With music you could hear a band on the radio, see them live or see them on TV, then buy a single or album to play at home. There was no equivalent in art, just random postcards you could buy and catalogues of exhibitions which often focussed more on the text than the art

At the time I was thinking in terms of postcards and posters as the medium, however we are now in the digital age and I love the idea of digital images that can be viewed on devices and TV’s etc.

So I have made all my artworks available as digital images. They are not to be used for commercial purposes or for lending or posting online in any context, however printing for personal use is fine

The images have been post produced in varying degrees from digital images, negatives or slides as access to some materials is not currently practical and in some cases the original paintings no longer exist. I have therefore included a detail of each image on it’s relevant download page so you can assess the quality for yourself

The images will all have a maximum length of 2000 px, a setting of 150 dpi and an sRGB colour space. This means you can print them out to about a maximum of 13” if you so choose. Or you might simply want to store them on a device to enjoy occasionally… Or both!
